Job summary

Materion is seeking a Production Operator for the 3rd shift to support our modern manufacturing operations. You will maintain awareness of safe work practices, set up and operate various industrial machinery, monitor product flow, and take prompt adjustments to ensure consistent quality across batches.

In this role you will enter production data in the SAP system, operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials, and help maintain accurate weights and timing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of safe work practices and prevent unsafe conditions.
• Set up and operate various industrial machinery.
• Enter production data in SAP accurately.
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to load/unload materials.
• Monitor product quality and adjust equipment to ensure proper performance.
