The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams. A background in manufacturing and proficiency with process specs is essential.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing & Production Operations experience required.
• Experience with tools, machines, & systems in a production environment; familiarity with composite fabrication techniques is a plus.
• Prior experience leading teams and managing performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a represented workforce, ensuring safety, quality, and cost-efficiency standards are met.
• Identify and resolve production constraints and mitigate bottlenecks.
• Drive process-improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Coach, mentor, and develop employees to build a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply-chain partners to solve production challenges.
