Responsibilities

• Support High Performance Work Team and tooling design; analyze manufacturing data to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Use LEAN and Six Sigma tools to drive process improvements and cost reductions.
• Troubleshoot on-floor machine and tooling problems; support audits and DMR processes.
• Design gaging and tooling using CATIA; coordinate with suppliers to procure tooling and supplies.
• Create and maintain PFMEAs, process routers, equipment PMs and process documents.
• Lead projects in manufacturing and process improvement; enable cross-functional collaboration.
