Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing required.
• Previous experience as Lead, Fill-In Supervisor or Supervisor within the most recent 5 years required.
• Carpet Finishing Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily shift operation of the 3rd Shift Finishing at Plant WD. Must lead the shift in safety, quality, production and cost.
• The Supervisor plans shift production using line up manager and works with other departments to meet customer demands.
• The Supervisor monitors the Head's Up Display screen to monitor process status.
