Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. in Dalton, GA is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor (3rd shift) for Plant WD to lead a safe, efficient and productive finishing operation and to advance Shaw's Front Line Leadership Competencies.

The role oversees daily shift operations, focusing on safety, quality, production and cost. You will coach associates, provide direction, delegate authority, and work with other departments to meet customer demands, while supporting continuous improvement and operational

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing required.
• Previous experience as Lead, Fill-In Supervisor or Supervisor within the most recent 5 years required.
• Carpet Finishing Experience preferred.
