Job Description
What you’ll do
  • Operate a variety of production equipment, such as grinders, polishers, grit blasters, pressure washers, pickle tanks, and painting equipment.
  • Prepare parts for coating by cleaning, masking, loading, handling, and completing pre‑coat and post‑coat operations, as required.
  • Follow established work instructions and process methods.
  • Operate material‑moving equipment such as forklifts and jib or gantry cranes, as trained.
  • Work as part of a manufacturing team to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
  • Participate in lean initiatives, continuous improvement efforts, and other shop floor improvement activities.
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience operating production equipment, mechanical equipment, or other process‑driven manufacturing equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and wear required personal protective equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Successful completion of an assessment for the job class, background check, and drug screen.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this role.
What will make you stand out
  • You have experience operating hand grinders and other basic hand tools.
  • You have familiarity with machining and coating processes.
  • You bring strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn a specialized manufacturing process.
Manufacturing Process Operator (04A)

Pay Rate: $24.144 - $25.353 per hour.

Eligible for a $1.00/hour shift premium on 2nd and 3rd.
