Home Market Foods is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager for the 3rd shift in Norwood, MA. You will lead daily production, maintenance, sanitation, and distribution while partnering with leadership to drive performance and lean improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in Engineering, Operations, or related discipline preferred.
• 7+ years of proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (food/CPG preferred).
• Proven ability to build and lead team-based organizations.
• Strong background in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of packaging operations and production workflows.
• Effective communication with diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Bilingual Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.
