Job summary

Amphenol Aerospace Operations in Mesa, AZ is hiring a Manufacturing Associate for a 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM) to perform tumbling, heat treat, and saw cut duties in the secondary operations environment.

The role requires following in-process quality inspections, collaborating with team members, and actively supporting Lean and 5S culture while assisting with preventive maintenance and reporting any equipment issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Ability to read written and verbal instructions.
• Experience or comfort with working on a busy manufacturing floor.
• Familiarity with layouts/blueprints/schematics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deburrs and cleans machined components.
• Performs heat treating for machined components.
• Saw cut operations including lifting raw bar stock and removing burs.
• Follows in-process quality inspections and collaborates to ensure total quality.
• Advocates for Lean and 5S culture on the shop floor.
• Supports preventative maintenance and reports machine issues to the supervisor.
