Qualifications

  • Less than 2 years of molding press experience and related production equipment.
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 55 lbs.
  • Must be able to work 2nd shift in Mesa, AZ.

Responsibilities

  • Read and understand job layouts, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Work from written and verbal job instructions on operations.
  • Assist production supervisors with KPI requirements (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Cost).
  • Active participant and advocate of Lean and 5S culture company wide.
  • Follow in-process quality inspections and work with team members to ensure total quality.
  • Aid in feedback to planning and engineering to optimize productivity.
  • Provide translation service for team members when required.
  • Ensure usage of correct gaging, hand measuring tools and metrology equipment to deliver high quality components.
  • Support preventative maintenance of equipment and report machine issues to production supervisor.
  • Provide hourly production stats to production supervisor and implement quick corrective actions.

The Role

Amphenol Aerospace Operations is seeking a Molding Operator 2nd Shiftto work out of its state-of-the-art facility in Mesa, AZ.

Location
  • Mesa, AZ
  • 25 minutes from Phoenix, AZ

The key responsibilities of this Molding Operator include, but are not limited to:

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Read and understand job layouts, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Work from written and verbal job instructions on operations

Education Experience/Requirements:
  • Less than 2 years of molding press experience and related production equipment.
