Plastipak is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform and monitor preventive maintenance for extrusion blow molding equipment and support machinery, ensuring uninterrupted operations and high-quality output. The role emphasizes improving procedures, participating in changeovers, and repairing parts while adhering to safety standards.

You will train on first shift with a 3rd shift workload and overtime as needed, requiring a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of

Competenze

• Solid hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical knowledge; able to troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Ability to interpret technical and operational documents, including manuals, blueprints, schematics.
• Experience with Graham Wheel, case packers and box machines preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years maintaining manufacturing equipment.

Mansioni

• Perform maintenance for extrusion blow molding and support machinery to assure uninterrupted operations.
• Execute and continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures.
• Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient and correct execution.
• Repair and rebuild spare parts as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and procedures.
• Expand expertise through formal training and on-the-job experiences, including new equipment installation.
