Job summary

Union Beverage Packers, LLC is seeking skilled industrial maintenance professionals for all shifts, with priority for the 3rd shift. You will maintain and repair packaging lines, blow molders, conveyors, and related equipment in a fast-paced beverage facility.

Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical domains is essential, with safe, efficient changeovers and documentation. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and hands-on experience in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Industrial maintenance or related mechanical/manufacturing equipment experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to equipment problems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on plant machinery and production assets.
• Troubleshoot across mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration domains.
• Read and apply mechanical drawings, schematics, manuals, and technical docs.
• Lead changeovers, start-ups, and major repairs on packaging lines and blow molding equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and respond under pressure during breakdowns.
