Job summary

PCA Seattle Plant in Algona, Washington, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose, repair, rebuild, or replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.

You will join a multi-craft team working in a 3-shift production environment. Training is provided to develop your skills; must have 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience and bring your own basic tools.

Qualifications

• Read and write in English.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work 2nd shift.
• 2+ years’ experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Must provide own tools.

Responsibilities

• This position is based at the PCA Seattle Plant located in Algona, Washington.
• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, or replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
• Work as part of a team to safely perform Preventive Maintenance Activities and respond to breakdowns in a production environment.
• All Maintenance Technician positions are multi-craft; training is provided to develop these skills.
• Production schedule is 3 shifts; shifts are assigned by plant needs and seniority.
