Packaging Corporation of America is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Seattle Plant in Algona, WA. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.

You will work in a team to perform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns, with cross-craft training provided to enhance skills. The position operates on a 3-shift schedule, with shift assignments based on plant needs and seniority.

Formación

• Read and write in English.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work 2ND shift.
• 2+ years experience diagnosing and repairing industrial machinery.
• Must provide own tools; PCA provides specialized tools.

Responsabilidades

• Based at the PCA Seattle Plant in Algona, WA.
• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, or replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
• Work with a team to perform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns in production environments.
• Positions are multi-craft; training is provided to expand skill set.
• Production schedule runs on 3 shifts; shifts assigned by plant needs and seniority.
