Qualifications

• Read and write in English.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must provide own tools; PCA provides specialized tools.
• 2+ years of troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, or replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdown calls in a production environment.
• Work as part of a team to safely perform maintenance tasks.
• Maintenance positions are multi-craft; training is provided to develop skills.
• Production schedule is three shifts; shifts assigned by seniority and organizational needs.
