American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our distribution center in Hazle Township, PA. The role supports facilities and equipment in safe working order, leads equipment moves and new installations, and offers developmental training with growth opportunities within the role.

The schedule is Friday–Sunday 6:00pm–6:00am. AEO emphasizes safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across its facilities and processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical trade experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of industrial maintenance; troubleshooting.
• Must follow set safety procedures and guidelines.
• Must earn and maintain Powered Industrial Truck and Yard Truck certifications.
• Indoor/outdoor work in varying weather.
• First Aid/CPR and AED knowledge.
• Hand tools and electrical test equipment knowledge.
• Follow established SOPs.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Google Suite knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct good housekeeping practices using 5S.
• Support Operations in a safe, customer-focused manner.
• Assist with building and site start-up as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
