Aerotek is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Cary, IL, for a permanent, fully onsite role on the standard third shift (12:20 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.).

You will maintain and repair injection molding equipment, robotics, and related machinery, while ensuring GMP and safety standards are followed. The role emphasizes preventive and corrective maintenance, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and collaboration with production to minimize downtime.

Qualifikationen

• Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical issues on production equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance per schedules and GMP standards.
• Operate and set up machinery according to procedures.
• Capable of working up to 60 hours per week when required.

Aufgaben

• Complete changeovers on production equipment and tooling changes.
• Set up and operate all plant machinery per procedures and safety rules.
• Oil, lubricate, grease, and replace filters for preventive upkeep.
• Troubleshoot and repair up to 88 pieces of custom machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical/electrical issues and replace components as needed.
• Build, rebuild, modify machinery to improve reliability.
• Plan tasks from maintenance schedules and work orders.
• Collaborate with production to minimize downtime and uphold GMP.
