Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment failures using structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis techniques.
• Maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.
• Conduct equipment failure analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
• Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements to increase equipment availability, capability, throughput, and yield.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain technical reports, maintenance procedures, and documentation related to equipment repairs and modifications.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to less experienced team members and cross-functional colleagues.
• Work independently with limited supervision, seeking guidance primarily for highly complex or unfamiliar assignments.
