Badger Paperboard, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an on-site role based in Belmont, NC.

The position involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production and facility equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations in a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include performing routine inspections, executing preventive maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, coordinating repairs to minimize downtime, and documenting activities.

Competenze

Experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
Experience with preventive maintenance and repair to reduce downtime.
Experience with running 480v conduit from main panels to machines.
Experience working around hydraulic repairs.
Welding experience.
HVAC knowledge.
Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and effective communication with operations and leadership teams.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance or a related field is preferred.
Ability to stand, bend, and lift moderate weights as needed to perform maintenance tasks throughout the shift.
