Job summary

RealTruck seeks a Maintenance Technician 1 for third shift in Lincoln, RI. You will perform building maintenance and basic repairs, troubleshoot small tools and equipment, and support the facilities team to maintain a safe, clean work environment.

The role collaborates with Maintenance Tech II on PM activities and assists in installing fixtures and office equipment while keeping detailed records of work performed. Prior forklift experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of working with mechanical systems, tools, or machines required.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete building maintenance and repairs (restrooms, lighting, HVAC, painting, pneumatic systems).
• Troubleshoot and maintain small tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Tech II for preventative maintenance (PM).
• Assist in building new fixtures, office equipment, and other tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Support facilities team for a safe and clean environment.
