Job summary

ManpowerGroup client in Lincoln, NH seeks a Maintenance Tech to support the production and operations teams. You will repair and maintain building systems, machinery, and production equipment and monitor equipment in operation.

The ideal candidate has strong electrical and plumbing knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and troubleshooting skills. You must be able to lift up to 75 pounds, bend, kneel, and climb, with welding, carpentry, painting and other maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of electrical systems and plumbing.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, bend, kneel, and climb as required.
• Experience with PVC, CPVC, and black steel pipe is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain building systems, machinery, and production equipment.
• Observe mechanical devices in operation, listen to sounds, and identify causes of trouble.
• Dismantle devices to access and replace defective parts, ensuring proper functioning.
• Inspect parts for imperfections, measure and adjust components, and lubricate machinery as needed.
• Use welding equipment, machine tools, and hand tools to repair machinery and perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
