Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Maintenance Technician I–II for 2nd shift to perform building maintenance and a range of basic repairs, troubleshooting, and equipment care. You will support PM activities and help install fixtures while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of mechanical experience, and basic math and computer skills. Forklift experience is a plus; expect a fast-paced, physical environment with safety emphasis.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of working with mechanical systems, tools, or machines required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Basic math and reading instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform building maintenance and repairs (restrooms, lighting, HVAC, painting, pneumatic systems).
• Troubleshoot and maintain small tools and equipment.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Tech II for preventative maintenance (PM) activities.
• Assist in building new fixtures, office equipment, and other tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Support facilities team to ensure a safe and clean environment.
