Qualifications

• Three or more years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical repair, welding, electrical troubleshooting, and PLC troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to use hand tools and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work independently and with teams to meet maintenance targets.
• Willingness to lead by example and train teammates.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain plant machinery and equipment.
• Complete work orders, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot electrical and control systems, connect to PLCs.
• Set up and operate welding, drilling, and other metalworking equipment.
• Support daily maintenance planning and safety practices.
