Job summary

Koch Finishing Systems in Evansville, IN is hiring a Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment at our Evansville headquarters. The position offers a day shift, with opportunities for growth into senior maintenance, controls, or leadership roles.

Key tasks include interpreting manuals and schematics, wiring panels, and performing preventative maintenance while keeping records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience.
• Ability to perform electrical tasks in accordance with the NEC.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret owner's manuals, maintenance manuals, and blueprints to troubleshoot and repair production equipment and facilities.
• Install and debug electrical and fuel systems.
• Wire panels and terminations to equipment from schematics and/or blueprints in compliance with NEC code.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment; maintain a schedule and records of completion.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and adjust.
• Participate in job-related training and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.
