Qualifications

• Three or more years of maintenance experience.
• Two-year degree in industrial technology or advanced manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in a food manufacturing facility preferred.
• Strong mechanical repair, welding, electrical troubleshooting, and PLC troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with production and maintenance teams.
• Ability to lead by example and train fellow team members.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain plant machinery including mixers, conveyors, compressors, and pumps.
• Complete work orders, inspections, adjustments, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot electrical equipment and PLC systems.
• Set up welders, drill presses, grinders, and other metalworking tools.
• Fabricate and modify new and existing equipment.
• Support the daily maintenance schedule and staffing priorities.
• Promote safe work practices and food safety requirements.
• Operate forklifts and aerial lifts and assist in the parts storeroom.
