Job summary

Grande Cheese Company in Rubicon, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift (2:00PM–10:30PM, Tue–Sat with occasional Mondays) to maintain and repair processing equipment. The role offers premium pay including night shift, weekend, sign-on and retention bonuses, and a strong focus on keeping production lines running efficiently.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or better in Industrial Maintenance.
• Minimum five years of related mechanical or electrical experience, or completion of an apprenticeship with four years of related experience.
• Ability to perform lifting and work in varied temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, install, and replace intake and processing equipment to keep lines running smoothly.
• Collaborate with maintenance team and supervisors to complete PMs and equipment updates.
