Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift (Sunday night–Friday morning, 10 pm–6 am) in the Technical Systems department. The role covers routine maintenance, projects, emergency repairs and troubleshooting across sortation, automation, conveyors and related equipment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• State Driver's license in good standing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office platforms.
• Ability to constantly stand, walk, push/pull, and reach above shoulder level.
• Ability to lift 30lbs constantly, up to 50lbs frequently, and up to 75lbs occasionally.
• At least 2 years of previous maintenance experience.
• Can obtain a Liberty Distribution equipment license.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, projects, emergency repairs and troubleshooting.
• Work with Specialists and Technicians, with minimal supervision.
• Maintain sortation systems, automation systems, stacker cranes, conveyance equipment and related systems.
• Adhere to LEAN problem solving and safety policies, report injuries or hazards.
