Job summary

Hallmark Cards, Inc. in Liberty, MO is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift (Sunday night–Friday morning, 10pm–6am).

The role covers routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs across sortation, automation, conveyance systems, and related equipment, with safety and LEAN principles guiding daily work. The technician collaborates with Specialists and Technicians, follows established procedures, and may work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft office platforms.
• Ability to constantly stand, walk, push/pull, and reach above shoulder level.
• Ability to lift 30lbs constantly, up to 50lbs frequently, and up to 75lbs occasionally.
• At least 2 years of previous maintenance experience.
• Can obtain a Liberty Distribution equipment license.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, projects, emergency repairs and troubleshooting on automation and conveyance systems.
• Work with managers, co-workers and independently with little supervision; adhere to LEAN problem solving and safety policies.
