CBRE in Hartford, CT is seeking a Maintenance Technician to own the upkeep of two corporate parking garages. This third shift role emphasizes preventive maintenance, safety, and independent work within CBRE’s Engineering & Technical Services team.
You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and light renovations, while coordinating with security and keeping equipment in optimal condition.

This position is on 3rd shift (9:00 PM - 5:30 AM), making itideal for candidates who prefer overnight hours, less daytime traffic, and theability to work with fewer interruptions while focusing on preventivemaintenance and repairs.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is or $30.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the position is $36.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
