CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service small to medium-sized buildings with preventive maintenance and repairs across mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.

The role involves inspecting installations for safety compliance and supporting energy management while following established procedures under supervision.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems.
• Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner.
• Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail.
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

The minimum salary for the Maintenance Technician 1st shift position is $22.12 per hour and the maximum salary for the Maintenance Technician 1st shift position is $41.35 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
