CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to care for small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems for a technology client. This second-shift role runs Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM and requires a valid driver’s license.

Within the Engineering and Technical Services function, you will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and support energy management across sites. You will review work orders, ensure safety and compliance, and help improve reliability by following

Qualificações

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• Driver License Required.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner.
• Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail.
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
