The Masterson Company, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for the 3rd shift in Milwaukee, WI.

The role oversees union maintenance staff, plans schedules to align with production and preventive maintenance, and drives improvements to maximize up-time and product quality. Ideal candidates will have a BS in Mechanical engineering or related tech field, 4+ years in manufacturing maintenance, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience, with knowledge of Allen Bradley/ Rockwell PLCs and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; BS in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plans and schedules employees efficiently to meet production schedule and maintenance priorities.
• Supervises maintenance personnel including training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
• Directs safety programs to ensure compliance with guidelines and maintain safe facilities.
• Conducts rounds of facility to monitor condition of grounds, equipment, and spaces.
• Recommends equipment, facility, and process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Manages storage of parts and supplies and keeps maintenance area organized.
• On-call availability and rotating weekends as required.
• Upholds safety, food safety, and GMP/compliance policies.
