The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of maintenance experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential. Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a skilled position.
• 2+ years of experience as a maintenance supervisor or team leader.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facilities equipment.
• Ability to read and understand prints in all areas.

Responsibilities

• Create a safety culture and implement workplace policies.
• Build strong relationships with team members and management.
• Track and improve key performance indicators (KPI).
• Evaluate team member performance and encourage improvement.
