Job summary

Silk Road Technologies Canada seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for the 11pm–7am shift at Grand Ledge, Michigan. The role leads the maintenance team, schedules preventive maintenance, and ensures safety, quality, and productivity aligned with plant goals.

The ideal candidate has a manufacturing background with TS 16949/ISO 14001 knowledge, lean experience, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time on-site position offering growth and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of manufacturing, stamping, and/or assembly processes.
• Strong knowledge of TS 16949 and ISO 14001 regulations.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• Experience applying lean manufacturing concepts.
• English reading/writing and mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly skilled trades and supervise the maintenance team.
• Drive safety, quality, production and cost objectives.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and repairs.
• Input work orders into MLS system and Kronos hours.
• Coordinate training and new colleague orientation.
• Prepare accident reports with root cause and corrective action.
• Communicate daily work assignments and shift plan.
