Job summary

Ventek Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Third Shift Supervisor to lead safety, quality, and productivity at the Owosso, MI facility. You will supervise production staff, drive continuous improvement, and ensure OSHA compliance.

The role requires manufacturing experience and leadership, with a Sunday night through Friday morning shift. Relocation is not offered and you will work at the Owosso, MI site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of production supervision in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Fluency (written and verbal) in Spanish is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety program and OSHA compliance within the shift.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop shift employees.
• Schedule staff to cover vacations, absences, and overtime.
• Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to resolve operational issues and improve shift performance.
