Zusammenfassung

Indiana Packers Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 3rd shift to oversee preventative and corrective maintenance and support production operations. You will supervise maintenance staff in a processing environment and drive on-time maintenance targets to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include coaching on safety, SQF, efficiency, and cost improvements, performing annual evaluations, and ensuring PPE, Lockout, and GMP/SQF compliance.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years of management/leadership experience in a processing manufacturing environment with 10+ direct reports.
• 5+ years as a maintenance technician maintaining processing equipment and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of USDA and HACCP procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise maintenance team members according to established procedures.
• Coach team on safety, quality/SQF, efficiency, and cost improvements.
• Complete annual performance evaluations for team members.
• Attend roll calls to assign daily work and issue safety reminders.
• Ensure PPE, Lockout, and GMP/SQF compliance and proper tools.
• Review and audit PMs, assign and follow up on tasks.
• Develop work lists, ensure parts, and coordinate weekend work.
• Complete RCA and 5-minute downtime forms daily for AMS.
• Provide information to AMS for carry-over items and weekend tasks.
• Monitor breakdowns and respond to radio calls in your area.
