Job summary

Indiana Packers Corporation in Delphi, Indiana is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift to oversee preventative and corrective maintenance and support production operations.

You will lead the maintenance team, ensure safety, SQF, and PPE compliance, complete PMs and RCA, and drive uptime with effective scheduling and reporting; strong leadership and problem-solving required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of management/leadership in processing/manufacturing with 10+ direct reports.
• 5+ years experience as a maintenance technician for processing equipment and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of USDA and HACCP procedures.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance team members following established procedures.
• Coach on safety, quality/SQF, efficiency, and cost improvements.
• Complete annual performance evaluations for team members.
• Attend roll calls to assign daily work and safety reminders.
• Review PMs and follow up to ensure quality.
• Develop work lists, ensure parts, and schedule weekends.
• Provide RCA and 5 Minute Downtime forms to AMS daily.
