You will set clear expectations, train and coach team members, assign tasks, monitor performance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production and cost targets while maintaining data integrity in logs and reports.

• Prior industrial maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance employees and coordinates activities.
• Ensures safety, assigns tasks, trains, and provides feedback.
• Oversees maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Monitors production equipment and quality/process control.
• Manages shift resources and communications between shifts.
• Maintains maintenance records and reports.
• Identifies cost-saving actions with cross-functional team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
