Job summary

Atkore is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for the 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM, Mon–Fri) at our Ohio facility. The role focuses on maintaining production and facility equipment to ensure safe, reliable operations.

Salary starts at $27.13/hr with a $1.00/hr shift differential, plus overtime and incentives. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will work with maintenance, production, quality, and engineering teams to troubleshoot, repair, and improve equipment, document activities, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to safely use hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance on production and facility equipment with emphasis on reliability and uptime.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance inspections and corrective repairs.
• Follow safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Diagnose, repair, and rebuild electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
