Job summary

You will perform scheduled and emergency maintenance, read blueprints, work with tooling, and coordinate with engineering on special projects. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, trade school, 1+ years in electromechanical or hydraulic systems, and forklift operation certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Trade School education required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of electromechanical or hydraulic systems experience required.
• 1+ years of maintenance experience in a continuous manufacturing environment required.
• Experience with PLCs preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled maintenance and repairs of production equipment during machine service and emergencies.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance (drives, motors, belts, fluids, filters).
• Repair machines and equipment using hand and power tools; inspect and test.
• Dismantle devices to access parts; use hoists, cranes, and measuring devices.
• Read manuals and work orders; collaborate with engineering on special projects.
• Assist with mold setup, tooling design, and steel welding where needed.
• Promote and practice safety at all times.
