Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Trade school training required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years experience in electromechanical or hydraulic systems.
• 1+ years maintenance experience in a continuous manufacturing environment.
• Experience in PLCs preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to diagnose problems and estimate parts.
• Licensed forklift operator.
• OSHA Health and Safety compliance.
• Ability to work at heights up to 50 feet.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance actions.
• Repair machines and equipment using hand and power tools.
• Diagnose problems, replace defective parts, and test repairs.
• Read manuals and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineering on special projects as needed.
• Maintain safety practices at all times.
