Nestlé Pizza Division in Little Chute, WI is hiring Industrial Maintenance Mechanics for our 3rd shift team. The starting pay is $35.64 per hour, with a $1.50 per hour shift premium, a 12-hour 2/2/3 schedule, and strong benefits after 30 days of employment.

The role performs preventive, predictive and emergency maintenance on high-speed packaging equipment, with pre-startup reviews, documentation, troubleshooting and repairs to support uptime. Growth opportunities and overtime are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One-year certificate from college or technical school or 1–2 years related experience.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance on high-speed packaging equipment.
• Complete pre-startup reviews and PM work, document maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and execute repairs.
• Maintain strong relationships with operators and team members.
• Follow safety, GMP, housekeeping and plant policies.
