Job summary

Nestlé Pizza Division in Little Chute, WI is hiring Industrial Maintenance Mechanics for our 3rd shift team. The position focuses on predictive and preventative maintenance of high-speed packaging equipment, with pre-startup reviews and documented PM work.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a related certificate or equivalent experience, and the ability to read manuals, write reports, and communicate effectively in a team-based environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• One-year certificate from a college or technical school or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate clearly.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment with safety, GMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform predictive, preventative, and emergency maintenance on high-speed packaging equipment.
• Complete pre-startup reviews and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform repairs.
• Maintain computerized maintenance documentation for PM01/PM02.
• Collaborate with operators and team members; follow plant policies.
