Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is helpful; training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Basic computer skills; able to learn equipment and systems.
• Able to troubleshoot and make minor equipment adjustments.
• Ability to complete production records accurately.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform bending, standing, reaching, and repetitive tasks.
• Work in hot and cold production environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor cartoner equipment to package pizzas.
• Load cartons and maintain glue applicator levels.
• Maintain carton supply and load pallets.
• Keep pizza bins emptied and production flowing.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and adjust for performance.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Perform weight checks, box checks, and temperature verifications.
• Conduct quality inspections to meet standards.
• Assist with changeovers and equipment setup adjustments.
• Support line audits, TPM activities, and housekeeping.
• Maintain 5S, clean and safe work environment.
• Follow GMPs and food safety requirements.
• Assist team and perform additional duties as assigned.
