Job summary

Nestlé USA in Burlington, WI is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot, diagnose and perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facilities equipment.

You will work on high-speed packaging machinery, read blueprints, and participate in continuous improvement with Nestlé Continuous Excellence. This full-time, third shift position offers 401K with company match, health/dental/vision and PTO.

Qualifications

• Reads blueprints, diagrams, and machinery manuals to diagnose problems and verify proper operation.
• Maintains safety and quality standards through disciplined procedures and documentation.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Maintains housekeeping and sanitation of work area and equipment as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, disassemble, and troubleshoot complex processes, high speed packaging machinery, and other manufacturing equipment
• Fabricate, assemble, repair, and utilize Nestlé software reporting system for work orders and Preventative Maintenance
• Repair and utilize material handling equipment including pallet jacks, trucks, lifts, and hoists
• Train others on job tasks of this role and support continuous learning
