Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our team on the 3rd shift. You will maintain bakery equipment and facility systems to support daily production, minimize downtime through preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues.

This role requires at least 3 years of mechanical/electrical experience (or 5 years if no diploma), the ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings, CMMS proficiency, and the

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3 years mechanical/electrical experience in an industrial setting, or 5 years if no diploma.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Experience in refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, or food processing controls.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, instrumentation drawings, including P&IDs.
• Proficiency with CMMS and basic computer skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and control system issues.
• Support production operations by diagnosing equipment malfunctions and verifying performance after repairs.
• Execute equipment overhauls, installations, and maintenance activities aligned with production schedules.
• Operate maintenance tools, machinery, lifts, and material-handling equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and work orders within the CMMS system.
• Promote compliance with food safety, GMP, quality, and workplace safety standards.
