Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s or an Associate/High School path with 2+ to 5+ years in industrial maintenance, including leadership, hydraulics, robotics, and PLC equipment expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in industrial maintenance and leadership experience.
- Associate’s degree with 3+ years in industrial maintenance.
- High School Diploma with 5+ years in industrial maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, presses, robotics, PLC equipment.
Responsibilities
- Lead a dedicated team of maintenance associates to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and facilities engineering.
- Set performance and cost-control standards.
- Maintain critical parts inventory.
- Provide coaching and training and drive continuous improvement.
- Uphold safety and housekeeping standards.
