Acushnet Company in Dartmouth, MA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead a team of production maintenance associates ensuring optimal machinery performance in a fast-paced plant.

You will coach and train, coordinate with manufacturing and facilities engineering, and manage parts inventory while upholding safety and housekeeping standards for ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree + 2+ years in industrial maintenance with leadership experience or associate’s degree + 3+ years in industrial maintenance or High School Diploma + 5+ years in industrial maintenance
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, presses, robotics, PLC equipment, and related machinery
• Skilled in using tools for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair
• Ability to be present in manufacturing environments for extended periods
• Exposure to dust, heat, chemicals, and noise
• Must be able to travel occasionally
• Must have experience working on a 3rd shift schedule
