Acushnet Company seeks a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of production maintenance associates in a fast-paced plant environment. You will ensure optimal performance of machinery, coordinate with manufacturing and facilities engineering, and oversee inventory, safety, and housekeeping standards.

The role requires 3rd shift availability, travel occasionally, and a strong background in hydraulics, presses, robotics, and PLC equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree + 2+ years in industrial maintenance with leadership experience
• Experience with hydraulics, presses, robotics, PLC equipment
• Ability to work on a 3rd shift schedule and travel occasionally

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance team to ensure optimal equipment performance in production
• Coordinate with manufacturing and facilities engineering
• Maintain critical parts inventory and drive continuous improvement in maintenance operations
• Provide coaching, training and uphold safety and housekeeping standards
