Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a heavy manufacturing environment, maintenance role.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to pass job-related testing, physical, and drug screening.
• Must follow safety procedures and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance on equipment following safety procedures.
• Monitor and manage inventory of parts, equipment, and supplies.
• Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics to diagnose and repair equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and quality issues and escalate when needed.
• Operate cranes, forklifts, and other lifting equipment as required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving efforts.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment according to safety policies.
