**3rd Shift Maintenance Generalist****Eufaula Feed Mill Banks, AL**LOCATION:498 County Road 4434 Banks, AL 36005 **This position is responsible for, but not limited to:*** Troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.* Provide troubleshooting and repair of any mechanical malfunction* Prepare written documentation of actions taken to correct equipment problems* Responds to mechanical or electrical breakdowns and handle emergency situations* Perform preventive maintenance according to schedule* Complete appropriate paperwork and reports* Must comply with lockout/ tagout, confined space, and all other safety programs* Must be able to perform mechanical and basic electrical trouble shooting and repairs* Able to perform diagnosis and repairs without supervision* Capable of starting all equipment before production startup and shutdown without supervision* Ability to assist with other mechanics as needed* Perform other duties as assigned* Work in temperature that will vary with outside ambient temperatures and humidity. It can be dusty, warm, cold and/or humid.* The positions physical requirements will include standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, stooping and the ability to climb ladders, lifts, and scaffolds.* Lifting will also be required and depending on department could be up to 70lbs.* Required to wear a safety toe boot that can withstand 75lbs. at all times.**REQUIREMENTS:**Must have a minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience or graduate of industrial maintenance training program or combination of experience and education to meet the 2 – year requirement. 180 Day Rehire Waiting Period3 Time Maximum Rehire Rule**Relocation Assistance Eligible:**No**Work Shift:**3RD SHIFT (United States of America)
